Broken People Under Loaded Gun...

So on my drive home, I heard a song by Linkin Park that really struck me.

But as I was listening to the song, I was really struck by the statement, "God bless us everyone, were a broken people living under loaded gun." I think that Linkin Park is really hitting home about how decayed our society really is. We live in a society where man is the center, and we do everything we can for the em-betterment of ourselves, and only ourselves. I guess it is really an eye opener about how far our country has gone from its origins. We were built upon the Bible, yet here we are taking it out of the most important part of our lives: SCHOOL.

I would recommend that if you have a chance, listen to the whole song. Its a little rough to listen to at first, but once you get to the middle of the song you can really appreciate what they are getting at.

So as a side note, I got to talk to my best friend today on Skype. Let me tell you, Skype is an amazing invention. She was in Morocco, and I was here in the states. It was definitely a pick-me-up to talk to her because life has been really bogging me down. I know that in life there are stressors that I will feel very overwhelmed by, but it is definitely nice to know that there are people out there whom care enough to stay up until 3 AM to talk to me. <3 I really appreciate you for waiting for me girlie.

Well, the weekend is coming up, and I am not really sure I will get on to post. Hopefully I will get the chance!
